In the underground leisure suite after descending the stairs our trademark wine rack cabinet greets you and beyond gives a glimpse of the pool and sauna through glass doors. To the right of this space is the circular seated cinema. The brief for this vast 6,000 ft sq underground space was for a 'club' mood. Complete with a ship-like bar (see other pics) and dance floor.

Our clients are wine buffs so a basement featuring a wine cellar and home gym was a must! Photographer: Matthew Forbes

My clients had a living room they rarely used now that the kids are grown. They sold their baby grand piano and we turned the room into a puzzle room with a custom-made puzzle table, two chairs with ottomans where they relax, drink wine from the custom wine credenza (with enclosed wine fridge), or sit and relax with a cup of coffee to check emails in the morning.
