The rich history and classic appeal of the ever-popular Shingle style is apparent in this four-bedroom design. A columned porch off the efficient kitchen and nearby laundry offers a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, while the large screened porch is perfect for an alfresco meal. Other main floor features include the living room and den with two sided fireplace and a convenient bedroom off the entryway. Upstairs is the master bedroom, bunk room and two additional suites.

The craftsman porch has solid stained columns, banister and railings. To meet building code the railings had to be much higher than original style wood railings so a cutout detail was created to make sure there was still a nice view of the property. The concrete base of the porch was stained a solid color to elevate the look of the concrete.

One design element that follows you from outside in and throughout this entire home is wood paneled walls and ceilings. You're greeted by them on the front porch along with natural wood flooring.
