UserThis was a fun renovation, the clients wanted two incorporate some soft tones into the space, while also having colour and texture.
We did a fun feature wall for the master bedroom, adding in the pop of yellow in the chairs.
For the master bath, we mixed black and brass fixtures, along with a soft grey vanity, and utilizing our clients plants created a fun pop of pink that works perfectly in the space!

Bailey Davol Studio BuildDorchester, MA -- “Deco Primary Bath and Attic Guest Bath” Design Services and Construction. A dated primary bath was re-imagined to reflect the homeowners love for their period home. The addition of an attic bath turned a dark storage space into charming guest quarters. A stunning transformation.
Kitchen Design ConceptsThis ensuite bathroom has the perfect neutral backdrop and design. Greys and whites overpower this space to keep it simple yet stunning. Faucets, accessories, and shower fixtures are from Kohler's Purist collection in Satin Nickel. The commode, also from Kohler, is a One-Piece from the San Souci collection, making it easy to keep clean. Most of the tile was sourced through our local Renaissance Tile dealer. Asian Statuary marble lines the floors, wall wainscot, and shower. They grey accent tile is the Allure Light Marble Polished from Marble Systems. A clear glass shower entry with brushed nickel clamps and hardware lets you see the design without sacrifice.
Lasley Brahaney Architecture + ConstructionHoused in the new addition, the spacious modern bathroom accommodates a couple comfortably. The vanity is custom designed. Carrara marble tile on the floors is paired with marble wainscot and backsplash for a luxurious look and feel.

Align Design LLCThis project was focused on eeking out space for another bathroom for this growing family. The three bedroom, Craftsman bungalow was originally built with only one bathroom, which is typical for the era. The challenge was to find space without compromising the existing storage in the home. It was achieved by claiming the closet areas between two bedrooms, increasing the original 29" depth and expanding into the larger of the two bedrooms. The result was a compact, yet efficient bathroom. Classic finishes are respectful of the vernacular and time period of the home.
ReVision Design/RemodelingThe Victoria and Albert Amiata freestanding tub with wall mounted tub filler makes this bathroom complete. Plantation shutters provide privacy while allowing natural light tom come through. The blown glass and brass drink table provides a place for products and won't be damaged by water.
