This was a really fun project. We used soothing blues, grays and greens to transform this outdated bathroom. The shower was moved from the center of the bath and visible from the primary bedroom over to the side which was the preferred location of the client. We moved the tub as well. The stone for the countertop is natural and stunning and serves as a waterfall on either end of the floating cabinets as well as into the shower. We also used it for the shower seat as a waterfall into the shower from the tub and tub deck. The shower tile was subdued to allow the naturalstone be the star of the show. We were thoughtful with the placement of the knobs in the shower so that the client can turn the water on and off without getting wet in the process. The beautiful tones of the blues, grays, and greens reads modern without being cold.

The classic archway is the highlight of this room and helps retain a sense of the home’s era. It also serves to section off the walk-in shower area and subdue the natural light from above. The Caesarstone vanity top and recessed drawer profiles tie in with the classic archway moulding and, by keeping the fixtures simple and streamlined, the room meets the brief for a contemporary space without disrupting the classic style of the home.
The inclusion of a double herringbone wall tile pattern in the shower recess creates a luxurious textural subtlety and, to meet the client’s request for an element of blue, a stunning Moroccan floor tile was used.

An adorable but worn down beach bungalow gets a complete remodel and an added roof top deck for ocean views. The design cues for this home started with a love for the beach and a Vetrazzo counter top! Vintage appliances, pops of color, and geometric shapes drive the design and add interest. A comfortable and laid back vibe create a perfect family room. Several built-ins were designed for much needed added storage. A large roof top deck was engineered and added several square feet of living space. A metal spiral staircase and railing system were custom built for the deck. Ocean views and tropical breezes make this home a fabulous beach bungalow.
