Die Konstruktion basiert auf dem Holz-Aluminium-System, bei dem innen die Wärme und Gemütlichkeit des Holzes ein wohnliches Ambiente schafft, während das Aluminium im Außenbereich das Holz vor der Witterung schützt und dadurch eine lange Haltbarkeit des Wintergartens garantiert. Old Saratoga Restorations IncorporatedThis project was a tribute to the vision and optimism of the owners. This once-glorious home was so far gone that many people would have taken the easy path -tear it down and start over. Instead, the family hired Old Saratoga Restorations to save every original bit of material that could be salvaged and rebuild the home to its previous grandeur.
OSR gutted the interior and reinvented it based on the archaeological evidence for this home restoration. They added a new kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, custom-cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances. Outside, everything from the siding and trim to the dilapidated cupola on top needed to be replaced with duplicates.

Katie Rosenfeld DesignThis ocean-front shingled Gambrel style house is home to a young family with little kids who lead an active, outdoor lifestyle. My goal was to create a bespoke, colorful and eclectic interior that looked sophisticated and fresh, but that was tough enough to withstand salt, sand and wet kids galore. The palette of coral and blue is an obvious choice, but we tried to translate it into a less expected, slightly updated way, hence the front door! Liberal use of indoor-outdoor fabrics created a seamless appearance while preserving the utility needed for this full time seaside residence.

Simpson & VoyleThis reception room, bathed in the rich, deep hue of Obsidian Green, exudes a sense of sophistication and modernity. The color choice is bold and enveloping, creating a striking backdrop for the white ceiling and intricate cornicing that add a classical touch. The room is thoughtfully curated with a mix of contemporary and traditional elements.
