What a beautiful job this ones was to work on. The clients were very specific on what they wanted to achieve in there project as this is where they will stay for a long time. Every stone colour, design feature, handles, appliances and even where the dog will be bathed. Through planning and preparation the end result was to achieve the level of design and finishes that the client, builder and cabinet maker expect. Featured blue island bench, black ensuite cabinet, LED lighting, stone, brushed nickle, feature bathroom fixtures all come together to create a warm, homely, beach living style finishes. When the collaboration between client, builder and cabinet maker comes together perfectly the end result is one we are all very proud of!

The clients wanted to add a powder room to the main floor. We suggested integrating it in a pre-existing laundry room that was disorganized with a lot of wasted space. We designed the new space with chic bifold doors to close of the washer-dryer, optimised the storage to organise it, and added a gorgeous wall-mounted vanity and toilet. The grey subway tile is a classic choice and yet the whole space feels fresh, modern and on trend. This is now a cute multifunctional space. It is welcoming and very organized!
Materials used:
A modern wall-mounted white matte lacquer vanity, matte solid-surface counter, porcelain vessel sink, round black iron mirror with shelf, solid-core bi-fold doors that hide away the washer-dryer, 12 x 24 Grey porcelain floor tile, 3 x 8 artisanal charcoal grey subway wall tile, white tile grout, black Riobel plumbing and accessories, Industrial-style ceiling light and wall sconce, Sherwin Williams paint

A white laundry room and mudroom creates the perfect space to drop items as you come in the door. Two levels of wall pegs (for adults and children) allows everyone to help maintain a tidy home. Shoe storage with metal baskets keeps shoes corralled. Drawers and cabinets hold cleaning supplies.

This multi-functional laundry room / powder room, got a full make-over, WE combined the space into 1 larger space and omitted the awful laundry closet in the hallway, by stacking the washer and dryer we where able to gain more space and loads of storage. by adding a touch of farmhouse chic in materials this space not only is widely used but its fun for the whole family.
Reico Kitchen & Bath
Designed by Jen Denham of Reico Kitchen & Bath in White Plains, MD in collaboration with Potomac Home Improvements, this multi-room remodeling project features Merillat Cabinetry in a variety of collections, styles and finishes.
The kitchen features Merillat Masterpiece in the door style Atticus. The perimeter cabinets feature an Evercore Bonsai, complimented by a kitchen island in Hickory with a Sunset Suede finish, all covered by a Silestone Lusso Quartz countertop. The kitchen tile backsplash is Elon Tile Boston North East BC125 2.5x10 Brick, with a Carrara Stone tile custom painted accent.
The adjacent Breakfast Area features Merillat Classic in the Ralston door style with a Java Glaze finish with same countertop and brick tile. The laundry room design is also Merillat Classic cabinets in Ralston with a Cotton finish. All three rooms feature Armstrong Prysm PC001 Salvaged Plank Ridged Core White flooring.
“Jen was very helpful and supported our color and design features we asked to be included,” said the clients. “If we had an idea, Jen would find a way to make it work. We now have a very beautiful and functional kitchen, breakfast nook and laundry room."
“The client was kind, patient, and open to ideas. They wanted to incorporate features of feng shui and bring elements that were most important to her into the kitchen. To do this, we used a natural palette, functional touches, and a custom tile from her home country of Thailand,” said Jen.
“They also wanted to reflect the brick style of the front of the house by adding an accent wall into the breakfast area and back splash. However, some of the pull out wall cabinets and doors for the coffee station needed some tweaking once installed. We learned how to create a more custom look by doing a "hutch" area created from stacking wall cabinets and adding glass.”
