Addison Grace DesignA light and bright master bathroom that features a white built in double vanity and a wet room with a freestanding tub. The wet room shower features a zero threshold, clear glass partition with a curbless entry and a book matched unique large format tile.
STUDIO GRILOA series of light touch interventions within a Victorian terraced house in Kensington culminated with the refurbishment of the main bedroom ensuite. The existing bathroom was in need of renovation works that would benefit from key layout adjustments.
Great attention was given to the detailing of the new joinery elements in pursuit of a sumptuous and textured atmosphere. Two marble slabs were carefully sourced to clad the alcove bath and form the vanity splashback and counter. Woven rattan panels infill the oak framed cabinetry in a confluence of materials and techniques that dialogue with the pre-existing Victorian heritage.

DOES ArchitectureThe tile floor flows directly into a walk-in shower and a built-in soaking tub, clad in a combination of large white glass wall tiles, white glass mosaic, and pure white caesarstone. Translucent glass walls provide just enough screening in this top-floor master suite.
Elder InteriorsThe client was looking for a woodland aesthetic for this master en-suite. The green textured tiles and dark wenge wood tiles were the perfect combination to bring this idea to life. The wall mounted vanity, wall mounted toilet, tucked away towel warmer and wetroom shower allowed for the floor area to feel much more spacious and gave the room much more breathability. The bronze mirror was the feature needed to give this master en-suite that finishing touch.
123 Remodeling Inc.123 Remodeling’s design-build team gave this bathroom in Bucktown (Chicago, IL) a facelift by installing new tile, mirrors, light fixtures, and a new countertop. We reused the existing vanity, shower fixtures, faucets, and toilet that were all in good condition. We incorporated a beautiful blue blended tile as an accent wall to pop against the rest of the neutral tiles. Lastly, we added a shower bench and a sliding glass shower door giving this client the coastal bathroom of their dreams.
