Uno de los objetivos primordiales de los propietarios de la vivienda ha sido tener un salón-comedor con cocina abierta y un dormitorio con baño en suite.
Para dar mayor luminosidad a la vivienda, se ha instalado un pavimento de parquet laminado en tonos suaves que, acompañado de paredes blancas y elementos decorativos en colores claros, generan un ambiente de serenidad.
Tanto en el baño suite como en el baño de invitados, se ha optado por jugar con el color y aplicar, en cada uno de ellos, un toque de color en la cerámica para aportarle energía y fuerza a la estancia.

Chi Renovation & DesignThis elegant master bath was a tremendous update for this Chicago client of ours! They didn't want the bathroom to be too "current" but instead wanted a look that would last a lifetime.
We opted for bright whites and moody grays as the overall color palette, which pairs perfectly with the clean, symmetrical design. A brand new walk-in shower and free-standing tub were installed, complete with luxurious and modern finishes. Storage was also key, as we wanted the client to be able to keep their newly designed bathroom as organized as possible. A shower niche, bathtub shelf, and a custom vanity with tons of storage were the answer!
This easy to maintain master bath feel open and refreshing with a strong balance of classic and contemporary design.

Johnelle MetzA traditional downstairs half bath turned into a fresh and slightly more modern full bath. With aging in place in mind, we created a walk-in shower with easy to clean tile, spacious cabinets, and used elements that tie into the home's original style.
ReAbode Home Staging and RedesignThis bathroom was designed for 2 teenage girls. The soft aqua color (BM Green Wave) is calming with a few pops of coral. The new cabinets from Under Budget Cabinets are a light gray color and provide much needed drawer storage that they did not have previously. Outlets were installed inside the cabinets to reduce clutter from hair appliances. The countertop is Silestone in Lyra and simple rectangular white under mount sinks were installed. All hardware and fixtures are brushed nickel. To save money, the tub was simply refinished and the tile surround stayed. It was upgraded with a heavy frameless sliding glass door. Linear floor tile replaced the carpet. Now it is a clean, fresh space.

Inside Storey LtdThis new ensuite was a dream to design. Inspired by colours in curtains in the adjoining bedroom, we chose these gorgeous blue tiles and stacked them for a modern design. We chose quality fixtures including this matt white top mount basin, matt white bench top, elegant wall mounted tap and wall-hung timber vanity. Special features include strip lighting underneath the vanity, underfloor heating with tiled floors and a stunning LED mirror with de-mister.
