The street level foyer was also stripped of all wall paneling and dry walled. One half was maintained as a foyer with laminate flooring. The back half was partitioned into a new laundry and pantry area with ceramic flooring. The washer and dryer were relocated there and a utility sink was installed providing our clients with an easier accessible laundry room and tons of pantry space.
