The stacked stone wall and built-in fireplace is the focal point within this space. We love the built-in cabinets for storage and neutral color pallet as well. We certainly want to cuddle on the couch with a good book while the fireplace is burning!

This new sitting room now features white paneled wainscoting that beautifully ties into the custom built-ins with beadboard panels, open shelving, and uplighting. The new gas fireplace is finished with Ledgestone in the color Latte, beautifully tying in with the soft Dove Gray walls. The wood flooring used in the kitchen/family room is also utilized in this space for continuity. The result? A lovely retreat for two!

TWD was honored to remodel multiple rooms within this Valley home. The kitchen came out absolutely striking. This space features plenty of storage capacity with the two-toned cabinetry in Linen and in Navy from Waypoint, North Cascades Quartz countertops, backsplash tile from Bedrosians and all of the fine details and options included in this design.. The beverage center utilizes the same Navy cabinetry by Waypoint, open shelving, 3" x 12" Spanish glazed tile in a herringbone pattern, and matching quartz tops. The custom media walls is comprised of stacked stone to the ceiling, Slate colored cabinetry by Waypoint, open shelving and upgraded electric to allow the electric fireplace to be the focal point of the space.

This cozy living room renovation, completed in the summer of 2021, was the perfect update for a busy family of six. Located on Long Lake, just north of Metro Detroit, this space sits just off the pool deck and overlooks the lake with an expansive southern exposure.
To complete the look, we removed a dated brick fireplace, built the structure for a stacked monolithic stone structure. A Samsung Frame TV lends a modern vibe with changing artwork and compliments the seasonal views of this lakeside room. With a variety of materials and fabrics, this space becomes the perfect place to relax after a morning swim or a family meal in the adjacent dining space.

The living room compliments the dinning room with 2 nooks with beautiful floating shelves that hang on each side of the brand-new stone stacked gas insert fireplace, we added a special touch with the painted shiplap on the top with custom mantle and hearth!
