Custom built-in bookshelf and limestone mosaic floor tile. The round table is espresso-stained bamboo. The chairs from Oly are upholstered in slate leather. The window seat is Massive Paisley fabric by Maharam. Custom roman shades are in a gold silk. The colorful plate on the wall is from an artist in Deruta Italy. The two butterfly artworks are actually made from pieces of marble, called intarsia, from Italy. The shelves hold books, along with colorful tea cups and saucers from the 60s, Nambe platters, glass hurricanes from estate sales, and vintage, silver-plated candy bowls with colorful interiors from Reed & Barton. The wool Oushak pattern Turkish rug contrasts the rich dark mahogany paneling & bookcases. The Zebrawood table-desk top, custom lacewood framed lounge chairs, & Corbin bronze table are complimented by Rick Grett's modern design stingray shagreen cocktail table with glass rod legs. Classic pattern silk cut velvet upholstery adds a traditional element with modern art by Paul Resika & Charles Schorre completing the mix.

Floors of Stone
The contrast of our Dijon Tumbled Limestone with the deeper green shades on the wall has worked perfectly in this customer's office.
