A beautiful covered porch - the perfect place to watch the day go by or entertain. In contrast to the dark heavy interior, we chose light colors and materials to enhance the feeling of egress
Stone Farm
What an approach! A combination of European sandstone, reclaimed curbing and Belgian Porphyry squares create one stunning and functional driveway, built to last a lifetime.
Mariani Landscape
A dramatic entry with brick piers and apron opening to an asphalt driveway, ending in a drive court detailed with a cushwa brick medallion inlay. The drive is lined with the same brick curb that pulls from the brick inlay above the great window at the homes entry. The apron is also trimmed with a soldier course of brick. The hedge is boxwood, underplanted with hosta and ground cover. The gardens in the background are filled with 'Tina' crabapple, Hydrangea, boxwood, and Pachysandra ground cover. This Hilltop front yard in the Denver Area was constructed in 2012. The existing "builder" landscape" completely failed at dressing up the front of this deserving house. Clients wanted a clever entryway that was more than a simple walkway. The front planter contains "changeable" features that transition with the seasons. During the holiday season, the brick planter is decorated with a Christmas theme.

Stonepocket Unique Landscapes
Landscape by Stonepocket located in Minnetonka, Minnesota Creating a elegant landscape to blend with a home with such character and charm was a challenge in controlled resistant. Did not want the landscape to overwhelm the home, nor did I want a typical landscape for this style that usually involves a box hedge. Utilizing light in the front to create a perennial garden give the home a sense of place. Keep the planting mostly to whites and greens in the back unifies the space.

The graceful curves of the front walk lead to a seating area at the halfway point. Landscape beds on both sides make the walkway more welcoming.
