This stylish, seven-bedroom home was built on a very tight lot with severe slopes necessitating a compact floor plan and usable access to the garage. The sloping property made the walkout basement a natural. Per the subdivision’s building requirements where the home is located, the residence needed to integrate with the aesthetics of the surrounding home styles. To complement the home’s architectural design and character, Integrity® Casement, Awning, Double Hung and Round Top Windows proved to be an excellent choice in this high-end neighborhood.

We demolished an existing house that was built in the mid-1900s and built this house in its place. Everything about this new house is top-notch - from the materials used to the craftsmanship. The existing house was about 1600 sf. This new house is over 5000 sf. We made great use of space throughout, including the livable attic with a guest bedroom and bath.

We updated this children's play area to a transitional modern wet bar. Masculine, tailored, and inviting. We used custom black cabinetry with beautiful Bronze hardware. We used a backsplash tile with a charming black star design on a creamy light background to mix the dark and light materials within one feature, bringing it all together. Cambria's countertop named Ella features a lattice of lines and intersections embedded in a marbled dove-gray background creating a clean and modern appearance.

This new basement design starts The Bar design features crystal pendant lights in addition to the standard recessed lighting to create the perfect ambiance when sitting in the napa beige upholstered barstools. The beautiful quartzite countertop is outfitted with a stainless-steel sink and faucet and a walnut flip top area. The Screening and Pool Table Area are sure to get attention with the delicate Swarovski Crystal chandelier and the custom pool table. The calming hues of blue and warm wood tones create an inviting space to relax on the sectional sofa or the Love Sac bean bag chair for a movie night. The Sitting Area design, featuring custom leather upholstered swiveling chairs, creates a space for comfortable relaxation and discussion around the Capiz shell coffee table. The wall sconces provide a warm glow that compliments the natural wood grains in the space. The Bathroom design contrasts vibrant golds with cool natural polished marbles for a stunning result. By selecting white paint colors with the marble tiles, it allows for the gold features to really shine in a room that bounces light and feels so calming and clean. Lastly the Gym includes a fold back, wall mounted power rack providing the option to have more floor space during your workouts. The walls of the Gym are covered in full length mirrors, custom murals, and decals to keep you motivated and focused on your form.

A masculine themed basement for a man and his house full of women. A wonderful space for movie night, gentlemen's poker night, or family game night.

This is a raw basement transformation into a recreational space suitable for adults as well as three sons under age six. Pineapple House creates an open floor plan so natural light from two windows telegraphs throughout the interiors. For visual consistency, most walls are 10” wide, smoothly finished wood planks with nickel joints. With boys in mind, the furniture and materials are nearly indestructible –porcelain tile floors, wood and stone walls, wood ceilings, granite countertops, wooden chairs, stools and benches, a concrete-top dining table, metal display shelves and leather on the room's sectional, dining chair bottoms and game stools.

The vast space was softened by combining mid-century pieces with traditional accents. The furniture has clean lines and meant to be tailored as well as durable. We used unusual textiles to create an eclectic vibe.
I wanted to breaks away from the traditional white enamel molding instead I incorporated medium hue of gray on all the woodwork against crisp white walls and navy furnishings to showcase eclectic pieces.
