As investment property, it's owner's intention to rent the apartment, so the design objective was to purchase neutral furnishings without looking completely boring. The color palette is black, white, and walnut with red as the accent. The seating area, anchored by a wool area rug, brings all of the colors together, adding interest and a traditional touch to the overall contemporary design scheme.
