Our clients wanted a space where they could relax, play music and read. The room is compact and as professors, our clients enjoy to read. The challenge was to accommodate over 800 books, records and music. The space had not been touched since the 70’s with raw wood and bent shelves, the outcome of our renovation was a light, usable and comfortable space. Burnt oranges, blues, pinks and reds to bring is depth and warmth. Bespoke joinery was designed to accommodate new heating, security systems, tv and record players as well as all the books. Our clients are returning clients and are over the moon!
Josh Wynne ConstructionParc Fermé is an area at an F1 race track where cars are parked for display for onlookers.
Our project, Parc Fermé was designed and built for our previous client (see Bay Shore) who wanted to build a guest house and house his most recent retired race cars. The roof shape is inspired by his favorite turns at his favorite race track. Race fans may recognize it.
The space features a kitchenette, a full bath, a murphy bed, a trophy case, and the coolest Big Green Egg grill space you have ever seen. It was located on Sarasota Bay.
Details Design and StagingThe walkout lower level could be a separate suite. The media room shown here has French doors that invite you to the forest and hot tub just steps away, while inside you'll find a full bath and another bunk room, this one a full-over-full offset style.

Angie Keyes CKBDThis Condo has been in the family since it was first built. And it was in desperate need of being renovated. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the condo. The laundry space was an old pantry that was converted. We needed to open up the kitchen to living space to make the space feel larger. By changing the entrance to the first guest bedroom and turn in a den with a wonderful walk in owners closet.
Then we removed the old owners closet, adding that space to the guest bath to allow us to make the shower bigger. In addition giving the vanity more space.
The rest of the condo was updated. The master bath again was tight, but by removing walls and changing door swings we were able to make it functional and beautiful all that the same time.

Pret A VivreThe upstairs snug is a warm and welcoming space for the whole family. The light filters gently through the Wave voile curtains of the patio doors, reducing glare on bright days and adding a sense of warm on darker days. The neat stack of the Wave curtain keeps clear of the doors when open, revealing a stunning top floor view.
Hannah Mitchell DesignThis library is accented with modern touches from the white wall color against the antique secretary and the playful hoof feet of the lee industries bench.
UserThe white walls, concrete floors and black Tilt and Turn Windows are softened by the warm wood ceiling. The open floor plan creates a communal area for reading, dining and cooking.

1
