Josh Wynne ConstructionParc Fermé is an area at an F1 race track where cars are parked for display for onlookers.
Our project, Parc Fermé was designed and built for our previous client (see Bay Shore) who wanted to build a guest house and house his most recent retired race cars. The roof shape is inspired by his favorite turns at his favorite race track. Race fans may recognize it.
The space features a kitchenette, a full bath, a murphy bed, a trophy case, and the coolest Big Green Egg grill space you have ever seen. It was located on Sarasota Bay.
Niara Design StudioDesigning and fitting a #tinyhouse inside a shipping container, 8ft (2.43m) wide, 8.5ft (2.59m) high, and 20ft (6.06m) length, is one of the most challenging tasks we've undertaken, yet very satisfying when done right.

We opened up the great room into an open concept space, converted the half bathroom downstairs into a full bath, and updated finishes all throughout with finishes that felt period-appropriate and reflective of the owner's Asian heritage.
Charles W Day DesignWhat was once believed to be a detached cook house was relocated to attach the original structure and most likely serve as the kitchen. Being divided up into apartments this area served as a living room for the modifications. This area now serves as the den that connects the master suite to the kitchen/dining area.
Sai InteriorsThe clients had an unused swimming pool room which doubled up as a gym. They wanted a complete overhaul of the room to create a sports bar/games room. We wanted to create a space that felt like a London members club, dark and atmospheric. We opted for dark navy panelled walls and wallpapered ceiling. A beautiful black parquet floor was installed. Lighting was key in this space. We created a large neon sign as the focal point and added striking Buster and Punch pendant lights to create a visual room divider. The result was a room the clients are proud to say is "instagramable"
T. Moore Home ReDesignCreating a place for learning in this family home was an easy task. Our team spent one weekend installing a floating desk in a dormer area to create a temporary home learning nook that can be converted into a shelf once the kids are back in school. We finished the space to transform into an arts and craft room for this budding artist.
