Working with the homeowner we redesigned the new spaces to offer functional space for both storage and entertaining. When renovating the existing addition on the back of the home, we noticed the current addition was falling off. We jumped right in and redesigned and delivered a safe new addition to become home to the new bathroom, extending the mudroom for more spacious space and was even able to install a stackable washer drawer cabinet for first floor access. The hardwood flooring was extended into the space so it looks as though it had always been there.

Solstice Kitchen and BathThis guest bathroom design in Odenton, MD is a cozy space perfect for guests or for a family bathroom. It features HomeCrest by MasterBrand Sedona maple cabinetry in a Cadet Blue finish. The cabinetry is accented by hardware in a brushed finish and a Q Quartz Calacatta Vicenza countertop. The vanity includes a Kohler Archer sink and Mirabelle Provincetown single hole faucet. It also incorporates a large mirror and a Quoizel 4 light vanity light, making it an ideal space to get ready for the day. This bathroom design includes a three wall alcove Kohler Archer soaker tub with armrests and lumbar support, perfect for a relaxing bath. For this special bathroom update, we preserved the essence of the original lathe and plaster walls by using a nickel gap wall treatment. The decorative floor tile and a pebbled shower call to mind the history of the house and its beach location.
The marble counter, and custom towel ladder, add a natural, modern finish to the room that match the homeowner's unique designer flair.
Haile Kitchen & Bath LLCThis transitional bathroom in Gainesville maximizes the narrow space to create a bright, sophisticated design. A furniture style vanity cabinet in a black finish adds storage and style to the space, and is beautifully contrasted by a white quartz countertop. Polished chrome accessories and a sparkling pendant bring a touch of glamor to the design. Framed mirrors on opposite walls add texture to the design and help to create a sense of depth in the narrow space.
