Frame to Finish RemodelingThis is a small bathroom off the master bedroom. Becuase of the small space we put in a 48x48 tile shower and heated floors. A glass wall was used to help make the space feel bigger.

TKS Design GroupOur clients had been in their home since the early 1980’s and decided it was time for some updates. We took on the kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room.
The primary objectives for the powder room were to update the materials and provide some storage in the small space. It was also important to the homeowners to have materials that would be easy to maintain over the long term. A Kohler tailored vanity and coordinating medicine cabinet provide ample storage for the small room. The dark wood vanity and textured wallpaper add contrast and texture to the home’s soft gray pallet. The integrated sink top and ceramic floor tile were budget-friendly and low maintenance. The homeowners were not too sure about the patterned floor tile but once installed it became one of their favorite elements of the project!

Catalyst Construction and Remodeling LLC.Converted a water damaged master bath that had lots of caramel toned marble into an clean sophisticated retreat. Concrete porcelain tile floors and bright white quartz complete the look to make this a creative collaboration of materials. Matte black and mixed metals were some of the details that weren't overlooked.

South CypressWith the help of a contractor, the whirlpool tub was removed and a walk-in shower was installed in its place. Peggy and Jim were on the hunt for the perfect barnwood-look tile to line the walls of the shower and coordinate with the river rock flooring they planned to install.

When it comes to flooring, tiles will be durable, easy to clean and deal well with water, but if you want something different you could go with modern concrete, traditional or country-style treated wooden floorboards, or a bit more quirky bamboo, cork or vinyl.
