Perfect PoolsIndoor Swimming Pool built for a client in Fairfax, Virginia during pre-construction of their new house. We had to work hand and hand with the builder to make sure that this project turned out with the style and appearance that the client was looking for. Wall to wall windows, a custom ventilation system to make sure that the room stays mold free, custom drop down tv screen for movies, sports, and entertaining. The patio and coping is a walnut travertine. This entire space comes equipped with a sauna, indoor full kitchen, and full bathroom.

Platinum PoolcareThis project feaures a 18’0” x 35’0”, 4’0” to 5’0” deep swimming pool and a 7’0” x 9’0” hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub feature color-changing LED lights. The pool also features a set of full-end steps. Both the pool and hot tub coping are Valders Wisconsin Limestone. Both the pool and the hot tub are outfitted with automatic pool safety covers with custom stone lid systems. The pool and hot tub finish is Wet Edge Primera Stone Midnight Breeze.. The pool deck is mortar set Valders Wisconsin Limestone, and the pool deck retaining wall is a stone veneer with Valders Wisconsin coping. CLC Landscape DesignThe homeowners desired a contemporary-style landscape design for their three children to enjoy now and in the future. The two elements they wanted included in their design were a swimming pool and an outdoor living space. We designed and installed a rectangular swimming pool, a square pergola with a louvered roof, and a rectangular-style outdoor gas fireplace with a natural granite veneer. For the pool patio, we selected quartzite for its interesting appearance and for its ability to stay cooler in full sun than other natural stone products. There were numerous large specimen trees on-site prior to our design. These were transplanted and utilized in the new planting design. Low-voltage LED landscape lighting was added for ambience in the evening.

Water's Edge Outdoor LivingFinding the perfect balance between modern and classic architectural design was key to this stunning outdoor living environment in The Woodlands, Texas. The more traditional elements are featured in the dark stained wood beams used for the pergola lining the length of the pool and the covered patio with outdoor kitchen.
Contemporary elements were also used to complete this transitional backyard space. These include the half-moon shape of the attached spa and the light colored natural stone pool and patio decking used throughout the space. Even the decorative light fixture from Restoration Hardware was careful selected and effortlessly marries the two design looks. This luxurious lighting element is durable for the humid Houston weather and highlights the tongue-and-groove ceiling detailing of the covered outdoor patio. This ceiling also features a custom blue-gray wash further fusing this transitional space together.
Adjacent to the multi-use entertaining and dining area is the outdoor kitchen with grill, Big Green Egg and more to create the perfect smoked brisket or family meal. Encompassing this exquisite covered patio and water shape is immaculate landscaping with stone walkways, rock paths and flower beds.
