MARGARITA BRAVOThis is a full house remodel in one of the most exciting and established Miami neighborhoods. I wanted to bring an open feel yet functional and traditional look within a limited area to work with. The before and after pictures are incredible. The house was on the market for less than a week!

Detail by DesignAs an original bathroom to the home it was in need of an upgrade. The selection of timeless Statuario Marble look tile and a slate-look porcelain tile floor offer a classic and timeless design. Our client opted to stay with a single sink giving lots of counter space when teenagers need to spread out. Contemporary flat panel doors in matte white boast the bold wrought iron pulls for tidy storage of these deep oversized drawers. Special motion sensor lighting is concealed under the floating vanity for effortless entry at any time of the day!
Unique Stone ImportsThis Master Bathroom was based in a neutral Moca Cream limestone on the floor and is carried through as smaller
2”x 2” tiles in the shower floor. The shower walls of Jacana Crochet limestone contrasts in color while complimenting in texture the mirror wall material of the sink area. The Sheer Blaze high relief limestone embellishes a vanity of African Mahogany and polished Magic Brown marble counters. This provided movement and texture to the space, which is accented with side linear columns of Lycian white limestone tiles.
