A grill masters dream. Included in the kitchen is an outdoor beverage center to store those meats before cooking and to house libations.
The dining area is complete with an umbrella for those sunny days and a fire pit in the center of the table for those cool nights.
When the elements kick in, whether it be the blazing sun or the arctic cool rooftop winds, you can pull the curtains to create a cocoon of shade or warmth underneath the covered area.
Then of course there is the wide open entertaining space complete with plenty of seating to soak up the sun.
Versa Style DesignThe client desired privacy from her neighbours and wanted a curtain that could control the sunlight at certain times of the day. We added geometric black tiles, wood walls with a swinging gate, and breezy white curtains that can be thrown in the washing machine. She now spends a lot of time outside relaxing with friends.
Hsu McCulloughTeak balconies from the upper floor's Living Room and Primary Bedroom offer fantastic views of Beverly Hills beyond. Asian inspired wood guardrail detail offers visual interest and incredible shadows throughout the day.

Inoltre l'allestimento é stato completato con pavimentazione galleggiante in larice e pannellature perimetrali frangivista "brise soleil".
One Source ContractingThis stunning waterfront property in Annapolis was built to fulfill a newly retired couple’s vision of a dream home. After a complete gut from the ground up, our team finished a custom design and rebuild of this three-story home including a detached two-car garage on the property. The owners say two of their favorite parts of their new oasis is the natural light that comes through the many windows and of course, being able to enjoy their sailboat parked on the water just a few steps away.
