yardscapes Inc.This 2014 Luxury Home was part of Midwest Home's Tour. David Kopfmann of Yardscapes, was able to lend to the architecture of the home and create some very detailed touches with different styles of stone and plant material. This image is of the backyard, where David used limestone stepper and concrete paver for the patio. He used plant material to create texture and color. Boulder outcroppings were also used to lend some interest and retaining along the walkway and planting beds.
Barn ProsThe owners of this massive Coach House shop approached Barn Pros with a challenge: they needed versatile, and large, storage space for golfing equipment plus a full apartment for family gatherings and guests. The solution was our Coach House model. Designed on a 14’ x 14’ grid with a sidewall that measures 18’, there’s a total of 3,920 sq. ft. in this 56’ x 42’ building. The standard model is offered as a storage building with a 2/3 loft (28’ x 56’). Apartment packages are available, though not included in the base model.
Tamarack NorthThis traditional Muskoka style home built by Tamarack North has just about everything you could ever possibly need. The gabled dormers and gazebo located on the exterior of this home add character to the cottage as well as an old Muskoka component to its design. The lush green landscapes complement both the natural scenery and the architectural design beautifully making for a very classic look. Moving toward the water is a floating gazebo where guests may be surrounded by the serene views of Lake Rosseau rain or shine thanks to the innovative automated screens integrated into the gazebo. And just when you thought this property couldn’t get any more magical, a sports court was built where residents can enjoy both a match of tennis and a game of ball!
Moving from the exterior to the interior is a seamless transition of a traditional design with stone beams leading into timber frame structural support in the ceilings of the living room. In the formal dining room is a beautiful white interior design with a 360-circular view of Lake Rosseau creating a stunning space for entertaining. Featured in the home theatre is an all Canadian classic interior design with a cozy blue interior creating an experience of its own in just this one room itself.
