123 Remodeling Inc.We undertook a comprehensive bathroom remodel to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the space. To create a more open and spacious layout, we expanded the room by 2 feet, shifted the door, and reconfigured the entire layout. We utilized a variety of high-quality materials to create a simple but timeless finish palette, including a custom 96” warm wood-tone custom-made vanity by Draftwood Design, Silestone Cincel Gray quartz countertops, Hexagon Dolomite Bianco floor tiles, and Natural Dolomite Bianco wall tiles.
Fox InteriorsThe bathroom was redesigned to improve flow and add functional storage with a modern aesthetic.
Natural walnut cabinetry brings warmth balanced by the subtle movement in the warm gray floor and wall tiles and the white quartz counters and shower surround. We created half walls framing the shower topped with quartz and glass treated for easy maintenance. The angled wall and extra square footage in the water closet were eliminated for a larger vanity.
Floating vanities make the space feel larger and fit the modern aesthetic. The tall pullout storage at her vanity is one-sided to prevent items falling out the back and features shelves with acrylic sides for full product visibility.
We removed the tub deck and bump-out walls with inset shelves for improved flow and wall space for towels.
Now the freestanding tub anchors the middle of the room while allowing easy access to the windows that were blocked by the previous built-in.
Cabinet-S-TopIn this bathroom renovation, Medallion Gold Cabinetry in Maple, Potters Mill flat panel door style in Sea Salt painted finish accented with Top Knobs Square Bar decorative hardware pulls in honey bronze were installed. The countertop is MSI Quartz Blanco Statuarietto with a backsplash at the makeup vanity desk area. The tile in the shower is Vara Groven 12 x 24 porcelain tile with accent tile in Source Taupe 1 x 1 hexagon mosaic porcelain tile. With stationary glass panels to create open shower walls. A Kichler Lasus 6 bulb chandelier and wall light in polished nickel finish, Kichler City Loft 1-bulb sconce in polished nickel finish, a Nuvo Denver flush mount ceiling light was installed and a LED lighted fog-free dimmable wall mirror for the makeup vanity area. A Delta Vero rain shower with slide bar and hand wand in chrome finish, Delta Vero faucet, towel bar, paper holder, towel ring in chrome finish. Kohler Ladena undermount vitreous china sink in white finish. The flooring is Vera Groven 12 x 24 matte honed porcelain tile.

down2earth Interior Design, LLC.The back wall of the shower is the piece de resistance, featuring hand-made black and white tile in an optical pattern, each meticulously installed. A simple black metal schluter strip finishes off the edges of clean white tile on the other walls and a large niche is perfect for storing soap and shampoo.

Intuitive DesignsThis light and airy transitional style bathroom is what dreams are made of. By combining a mixture of metals, stones and light wood you create a modern space with a homey feel.
Amy Troute Inspired Interior DesignATIID collaborated with these homeowners to curate new furnishings throughout the home while their down-to-the studs, raise-the-roof renovation, designed by Chambers Design, was underway. Pattern and color were everything to the owners, and classic “Americana” colors with a modern twist appear in the formal dining room, great room with gorgeous new screen porch, and the primary bedroom. Custom bedding that marries not-so-traditional checks and florals invites guests into each sumptuously layered bed. Vintage and contemporary area rugs in wool and jute provide color and warmth, grounding each space. Bold wallpapers were introduced in the powder and guest bathrooms, and custom draperies layered with natural fiber roman shades ala Cindy’s Window Fashions inspire the palettes and draw the eye out to the natural beauty beyond. Luxury abounds in each bathroom with gleaming chrome fixtures and classic finishes. A magnetic shade of blue paint envelops the gourmet kitchen and a buttery yellow creates a happy basement laundry room. No detail was overlooked in this stately home - down to the mudroom’s delightful dutch door and hard-wearing brick floor.

Breathe Design StudioOur Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom.
The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space.
In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect. The large mint cabinets add a lighter touch to the space.

Lucy Johnson Interior DesignA NKBA award winner for best Powder Room. The main objective was to provide an aesthetically stunning, yet practical Powder room for their guests. In order for this tiny space to meet code clearance, I placed the vanity perpendicular to the toilet. I designed a tiny open vanity with a vessel sink and wall mounted plumbing to keep the space feeling as large as possible. The dark colors recede and provide drama and the warm wood, grout color and gold tone fixtures bring warmth to this cool palette. The tile pattern suggests trees bringing nature into the space.
