Curated NestThis living room renovation features a transitional style with a nod towards Tudor decor. The living room has to serve multiple purposes for the family, including entertaining space, family-together time, and even game-time for the kids. So beautiful case pieces were chosen to house games and toys, the TV was concealed in a custom built-in cabinet and a stylish yet durable round hammered brass coffee table was chosen to stand up to life with children. Henck Design LLCThis luxurious interior tells a story of more than a modern condo building in the heart of Philadelphia. It unfolds to reveal layers of history through Persian rugs, a mix of furniture styles, and has unified it all with an unexpected color story.
The palette for this riverfront condo is grounded in natural wood textures and green plants that allow for a playful tension that feels both fresh and eclectic in a metropolitan setting.
The high-rise unit boasts a long terrace with a western exposure that we outfitted with custom Lexington outdoor furniture distinct in its finishes and balance between fun and sophistication.
JMP InteriorsMy client was moving from a 5,000 sq ft home into a 1,365 sq ft townhouse. She wanted a clean palate and room for entertaining. The main living space on the first floor has 5 sitting areas, three are shown here. She travels a lot and wanted her art work to be showcased. Nathan Taylor for Obelisk HomeThis newly built Old Mission style home gave little in concessions in regards to historical accuracies. To create a usable space for the family, Obelisk Home provided finish work and furnishings but in needed to keep with the feeling of the home. The coffee tables bunched together allow flexibility and hard surfaces for the girls to play games on. New paint in historical sage, window treatments in crushed velvet with hand-forged rods, leather swivel chairs to allow “bird watching” and conversation, clean lined sofa, rug and classic carved chairs in a heavy tapestry to bring out the love of the American Indian style and tradition.

Mon Concept HabitationDans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses.
Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure.
Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !
Purple Cherry ArchitectsIn the great room, special attention was paid to the ceiling detail, where square box beams “picture frame” painted wooden planks, creating interest and subtle contrast. A custom built-in flanks the right side of the fireplace and includes a television cabinet as well as wood storage.
