MARGARITA BRAVO
Our Denver studio gave the kitchen, powder bathroom, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest suites, basement, and outdoor areas of this townhome a complete renovation and facelift with a super modern look. The living room features a neutral palette with comfy furniture, while a bright-hued TABATA Ottoman and IKI Chair from our SORELLA Furniture collection adds pops of bright color. The bedroom is a light, elegant space, and the kitchen features white cabinetry with a dark island and countertops. The outdoor area has a playful, fun look with functional furniture and colorful outdoor decor and accessories.

This Northwoods inspired bathroom provides a cozy oasis, as part of the master suite. Rich wood tones and oil rubbed bronze elements wrap you in warmth, while granite countertops and crisp white sinks maintain the sophisticated style. Custom, rustic wood framed mirrors create a unique focal point.

Orange is certainly not for everyone! But this client was adventurous and when I suggested the Serena and Lily wallpaper, she flipped. Powder Rooms are a great, small space, to get really bold and have fun. To make sure no one got dizzy from too many dots we added wainscotting 2/3's of the way up the wall and kept the paper minimal. For a fun surprise, we painted the ceiling the same shade of orange and searched and searched for the perfect shade of orange handtowel. You cant see it here but a plantation shutter adds to the beachy vibe.
