Landschaftsarchitektin Ina TimmDas Grundstück liegt an einem steilen Hang, der über 3 Etagen zur Straße hin abfällt. Vor der Umgestaltung war es ein nur sehr schwer nutzbarer Garten mit wenig Aufenthaltsqualität, weil man überall das Gefühl hatte abzurutschen. Die Treppe führte in der Mitte auf das Haus zu und zerteilte zudem den Garten in zwei schmale Hälften. Wir verlegten die Treppe an den äußersten Rand, um eine möglichst große zusammenhängende Fläche zu haben. So entstand viel zusätzlicher Freibereich in der Mitte des Gartens.
Die Kunden wünschten sich einen Schuppen, um die Gartengeräte unterzustellen und einen Pool mit Gegenstromschwimmanlage. Sehr schwer, dies alles auf der kleinen Fläche zu realisieren. Wenn man nur wenig Garten besitzt, muss man stapeln. Deswegen fand der Pool auf einem neuen Anbau an die bestehende Garage seinen Platz. Unter dem 7 x 2 m großen Pool lagern die Gartengeräte und dort ist auch die Pooltechnik untergebracht.
