Rod and ForgeThese wonderful clients wanted to upgrade their living space by updating their fire place. The used reclaimed wood for the wall behind their fire place and wood beam for above. They had us create and install the metal surrounding the fire place. We used patinas to create the difference dimensions, we added colorful glass rock to the inside of the fire place. And it we are loving the way it turned out.

Kathy Kuo Designs IncThe bonus room here was designed as a creative space, and we actually contracted the walls to be soundproof so the clients could rehearse in their own home! The main ask here was for bright colors and patterns to be incorporated into the design in a sophisticated way so they could come into the room for inspiration. We playfully worked the clients’ favorite colors (bright blues and yellows) in a harmonious way that’s inspiring without becoming a visual overload.

Mehrdad HaririInterior designing of a 2-bedroom apartment. Client's goal was to separate the living room space from kitchen with an element which doesn't show the area too small and wanted to see the area before construction with that part, new furniture styles and new cabinets for kitchen.
So I made some 3d renders from my designs to show the area as it will be after construction.

Modern Elemental ErgonThis Park City Ski Loft remodeled for it's Texas owner has a clean modern airy feel, with rustic and industrial elements. Park City is known for utilizing mountain modern and industrial elements in it's design. We wanted to tie those elements in with the owner's farm house Texas roots.
Elegant in DesignSometimes a project starts with a statement piece. The inspiration and centrepiece for this apartment was a pendant light sourced from France. The Vertigo Light is reminiscent of a ladies’ racing day hat, so the drama and glamour of a day at the races was the inspiration for all other design decisions. I used colour to create drama, with rich, deep hues offset with more neutral greys to add layers of interest and occasional moments of wow.
The floor – another bespoke element – combines functionality with visual appeal to meet the brief of having a sense of walking on clouds, while functionally disguising pet hair.
Storage was an essential part in this renovation and clever solutions were identified for each room. Apartment living always brings some storage constraints, so achieving space saving solutions with efficient design is key to success.
Rotating the kitchen achieved the open floor plan requested, and brought light and views into every room, opening the main living area to create a wonderful sense of space.
A juxtaposition of lineal design and organic shapes has resulted in a dramatic inner city apartment with a sense of warmth and homeliness that resonated with the clients.

The open plan design incorporated a new modern kitchen, dinning and living room with large feature windows to capture natural light. 広々としたＬＤＫはワンフロアなので天井を高くとることができ、開放感のある空間が完成。
かねてからご希望の暖炉も設置いたしました。
壁や扉などの間仕切りを極力少なくすることで、家族同士のコミュニケーションを取りやすく、憧れの平屋暮らしがより豊かになるよう、ご提案させていただきました。
