The only thing that stayed was the sink placement and the dining room location. Clarissa and her team took out the wall opposite the sink to allow for an open floorplan leading into the adjacent living room. She got rid of the breakfast nook and capitalized on the space to allow for more pantry area.

A lovely two tone German Handleless kitchen. Contrasting concrete effect doors with the natural wood effect tall units. A quartz waterfall leg to the floor creates the breakfast bar niche on the back of the peninsula. The Bora classic induction hob means no heavy bulkhead to house the extractor. Neff appliances throughout with LED handlerail lighting adds that luxury feeling.

This ranch was a complete renovation! We took it down to the studs and redesigned the space for this young family. We opened up the main floor to create a large kitchen with two islands and seating for a crowd and a dining nook that looks out on the beautiful front yard. We created two seating areas, one for TV viewing and one for relaxing in front of the bar area. We added a new mudroom with lots of closed storage cabinets, a pantry with a sliding barn door and a powder room for guests. We raised the ceilings by a foot and added beams for definition of the spaces. We gave the whole home a unified feel using lots of white and grey throughout with pops of orange to keep it fun.

We have some finished photos of another stunning G.A. White Home. This home uses Marsh Furniture's Atlanta door style throughout the whole home to create a clean and modern look. Using a color palette of mostly gray, white, and black creates a sharp and classic look.

Small San Diego Kitchen with white shaker Ikea cabinets and black quartzite countertops. We used a rolling table as the kitchen island which also is used as a high top kitchen table. Incorporating a wood hood as a detail to add warmth to the space.
