Crisp tones of maple and birch. Minimal and modern, the perfect backdrop for every room. With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.
Everything Home
Our clients have lived in this suburban custom home for 25 years. It was built in the early 90s. They love the home and location. It’s their forever home. We were hired to reimagine the space, design, specify, and manage the project renovation and trades. We designed the entry, kitchen, and family room, and it took us eight weeks to complete the project.
Project completed by Wendy Langston's Everything Home interior design firm, which serves Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, and Indianapolis.

This small living room faces a few challenges.
One was the offset fireplace; two was the lack of seating and storage, and last but not least, the oversized television.
Our solution minimizes the impact of a black TV by adding dark modern moulding. We have created a focal point for the fireplace by installing a floor to ceiling vintage brick. These elements perfectly balanced the walnut bookshelf with integrated engineered stone seating bench below the TV for overflow guest and discrete storage.

The front widows are large and have original integral painted wood shutters that pocket open creating a sunny daytime space. The boxy leather lounge chair provides comfortable seating for both tv watching and reading. Decorative vintage Beatles albums add a bit a nostalgic whimsy to the space.

Welcome to an Updated English home. While the feel was kept English, the home has modern touches to keep it fresh and modern. The family room was the most modern of the rooms so that there would be comfortable seating for family and guests. The family loves color, so the addition of orange was added for more punch.
