Garden Lights Landscape and Pool Development Inc.We first installed this Garden 18 years ago, this is a fairly Minor refresh and upgrade but it came out amazingly. We updated the garden with a new DCS Grill, New lighting Power washing, pond cleaning and a few new plants. It is a great example of good landscaping should last many years -if properly maintained.

Betz Pools LimitedThe focal point of this backyard is a 16’ x 34’ custom vinyl-over-steel pool with elevated spa. Both feature an in-floor cleaning system which cleans not only the floors, but also the stairs and benches. The tall columnar European Hornbeams and dense hemlock evergreens will continue to fill out and enhance privacy.
TCP Custom Outdoor LivingThe homeowner wanted a hill country style outdoor living space larger than their existing covered area.
The main structure is now 280 sq ft with a 9-1/2 feet long kitchen complete with a grill, fridge & utensil drawers.
The secondary structure is 144 sq ft with a gas fire pit lined with crushed glass.
The table on the left in the main structure was a piece of granite the homeowner had and wanted it made into a table, so we made a wrought iron frame for it.
There are more sentimental touches! The swing by the fire pit is a newly made replica of a swing the husband had made in wood shop in high school over 50 years ago.
The flooring is stamped concrete in a wood bridge plank pattern.

This traditional style pool is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers that accent the tile colors within the pools walls. The breezeway on the other side allows for additional shade and seating for those large family gatherings.
CAVINESS LANDSCAPE DESIGN, INC.Massive faux rock grotto with multiple waterfalls that lead you into a swim-up bar inside the grotto. A dry entrance on the side of the grotto leads to the kitchen and restroom area, as well as to a private outdoor shower on the other side, accessible from the pool by swimming under a hidden entrance.
The grotto kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, outdoor refrigerator, outdoor dishwasher, a farmhouse apron sink and custom distressed doors for the entry.
The grotto restroom includes a custom faux rock sink base with copper bowl and faucet.

Heartlands Building CompanyThis beautiful Town and Country outdoor room consists of a covered patio connecting the home to the pool area. The tall arched ceiling is stained cedar with recessed lighting, speakers and ceiling fans. The fireplace is gas and is faced with cultured stone. Retractable solar wall screens block the heat and glare of the sun as well as some wind on the west side.

An American traditional Spring Valley home looking to add an outdoor living room designed and built to look original to the home building on the existing trim detail and infusing some fresh finish options. Project highlights include: split brick with decorative craftsman columns, wet stamped concrete and coffered ceiling with oversized beams and T&G recessed ceiling. 2 French doors were added for access to the new living space.
