JRP Design & Remodel
A luxe kitchen remodel with custom-paneled, fully-integrated Thermador appliances including a wine fridge and dishwasher. Glass-front cabinets create a striking barware display flanked by white raised-panel DeWils cabinets. Cambria Torquay Marble countertops are polished and contemporary. Wrought steel birdcage bar pulls and Historic Bronze pendant lights add a rustic, hand-crafted patina to the aesthetic. The medium wood on the center island and warm terracotta floor tiles ground the white walls in this contemporary Spanish design.

Our fresh take on Mediterranean design for Vicki Gunvalson of the Real Houseives of Orange County included a brand new kitchen remodel with Moroccan influences in a creamy white, worn grey and gilded gold color palette. The matte Spanish white walls are adorned with natural unglazed clay tile from Morocco, the lantern light fixtures with carved wood tassel embellishments are custom, the appliance package includes Thermador, Miele and subzero, upholstered bar stools push up to the custom carved wood island with calacatta marble, succulents were arranged in antique wood dough bowls and all cream white dishes and worn wood accessories were used to soften the ambiance.

In this new construction luxury home, the kitchen is truly the center of the home. Centered between the outdoor living space, the interior living room, the kitchen is perfect for large group entertaining or just daily living. Marble counters, elegant pendant lighting, and storage for days makes this kitchen a true show-stopper.

The view from the dining room. We looked at several options to make this relatively tight space both functional and spacious. The wife, who is a chef and meticulously organized, had this to say about 3 Lights Design's attention to detail, "I'm so impressed how you heard all the little silly things I was saying and got it into a picture!!!" For us, the "silly little things" are everything. That's how the project's name was born. All photos by Thomas Kuoh Photography.
