The hillside garden two years after it was planted. This sloped hillside was been transformed into a beautiful tapestry of colors and textures in every season. I specified drought tolerant plants and shrubs that are low maintenance and deer resistant. Located in Novato, CA - Marin County. The hillside has filled in beautifully! © Eileen Kelly, Dig Your Garden Landscape Design

Clients original brief was for a Petanque area on the upper level. Due to shape and size required this was not going to work. I quickly realised that a chess set on the lower level would create a great space if the clients played chess. Clients love it and I am pleased to say it is used regularly by all of the age groups within the family.
