This basement remodel included a complete demo of 75% of the already finished basement. An outdated, full-size kitchen was removed and in place a 7,000 bottle+ wine cellar, bar with full-service function (including refrigerator, dw, cooktop, ovens, and 2 warming drawers), 2 dining rooms, updated bathroom and family area with all new furniture and accessories!

Comerio Homes
This basement finish was already finished when we started. The owners decided they wanted an entire face lift with a more in style look. We removed all the previous finishes and basically started over adding ceiling details and an additional workout room. Complete with a home theater, wine tasting area and game room.

This is the same view as the 2 previous pictures showing the door to the back staircase. A lot of work went into creating this space, as you can see from the 2 previous pictures.

CellarMaker
CellarMaker was asked to convert a storage room into an 1,800 bottle wine cellar. Features of this cellar included reclaimed wood beams that are 90 years old. Custom made wine racks encased in stonework. A unique feature to this cellar are the Green Barrels which each hold a case of wine and can be dispensed from the barrel. The barrels are framed by reclaimed timbers and stack stone.
Affinity Home & Design
This wine cellar was built on the lover level of a residence in Sherwood, OR. The space was literally dug our of a crawl space and constructed from ground up in the sub-terrain to maximize temperature and climate control. The space itself is designed to hold up to 2,000 bottles of wine on the custom built maple framing. The floor is a high gloss polished concrete and the ceiling is overlaid with bronze paneling.
Limitless Construction
This rustic wine cellar was carved out of space left by the old stairwell location. The wood is re-claimed cedar
