In summary, this Scandi-Industrial kitchen in South Pasadena seamlessly blends Scandinavian minimalism with industrial ruggedness, resulting in a harmonious and visually striking space. It is a true testament to the marriage of form and function, where simplicity, natural elements, and clean lines come together to create an inviting and effortlessly stylish kitchen.
My Bespoke Room
This living-dining room perfectly mixes the personalities of the two homeowners. The emerald green sofa and panelling give a traditional feel while the other homeowner loves the more modern elements such as the artwork, shelving and mounted TV making the layout work so they can watch TV from the dining table or the sofa with ease.

We can't get enough of this formal dining room's custom windows and window treatments, and the marble and wood flooring.

Originally, the dining layout was too small for our clients needs. We reconfigured the space to allow for a larger dining table to entertain guests. Adding the layered lighting installation helped to define the longer space and bring organic flow and loose curves above the angular custom dining table. The door to the pantry is disguised by the wood paneling on the wall.

Elegant dining fit for a king, with hand-carved beauty from the walls, cornice boards, and mantle, to the table, chairs, consoles, and even the alabaster lamps. The lamps, mirrors, centerpiece, and console accessories were all found on a trip to Paris. The rug is a masterpiece of its own.

The custom made storage in this dining room serves many purposes. The original space had a wall that completely blocked the view to the entrance. We created spaces on either side of the cabinetry to allow light to filter into the dining space and entice visitors into the home with a sneak peak of what is beyond the impressive entry and staircase.
The central cabinetry houses the owner's formal dining and glassware. The recessed strip lighting and bench space provides a functional and beautiful space to mix drinks, while keeping the moody soft lighting above the dining table. The mirror and metallic accessories, help reflect light and the striking artwork in the space.
The larger cabinets on each side hide solid brick structural columns that could not be moved in the renovation. The wood panelling conceals 4 tall cupboards that provide hanging space for school blazers and guests coats and discreet and accessible storage of school bags and shoes.
