The FAMILY ROOM gathers the family and lots of Shades of Grey. A wood burning fireplace with a clever print of “ Smoke " above it makes certain there is always a flame in the hearth while the french doors breeze out to the Pool and Patio area. The white coffer ceiling has panels of contrasting grey which also blankets the back of the bookshelves. A grey sectional and grey plush carpet makes this Family Room cozy even if it is a grey day.

Boland WoodworkingThis is a library we built last year that became a centerpiece feature in "The Classical American House" book by Phillip James Dodd. We are also featured on the back cover. Asked to replicate and finish to match with new materials, we built this 16' high room using only the original Gothic arches that were existing. All other materials are new and finished to match. We thank John Milner Architects for the opportunity and the results are spectacular.

YourStyle Kitchens Ltd
This is a recent project of YourStyle Kitchens Ltd. Working in conjunction with the home owner Jackie Dixon owner of Jacobo Interiors (Brilliant interior Designer, well known in Vancouver BC). We helped design, build and install cabinetry for the entire home. Cabinetry included the main kitchen upstairs, fireplace, laundry room, basement apartment, vanities and bedroom furniture (not shown). Both upstairs kitchen and downstairs kitchen feature a painted finish with stained Island. Countertops for upstairs kitchen are LG Viatera Quartz. The fireplace is a combination of stained birch and grey painted finish.

We used traditional design elements, warm worn finishes, along with french industrial lighting fixtures to bring a magical element to this space. Bright patterns, bold pops of color, and unique trim details bring life to the living space.

The burgundy selected for this leather sectional sofa is a full top grain that is perfect for this active family. This client made the most seating for his space. Comfortable seating for 9.
