As you walk up with the matches you notice the plated wall with contemporary art lighted for your enjoyment. You light the fire with your knee pressed against a blue-toned marble. Then you slowly walk back to your chair over a dark Harwood floor. This is your Reading Room.
Bella B Home DesignsWe took a new home build that was a shell and created a livable open concept space for this family of four to enjoy for years to come. The white kitchen mixed with grey island and dark floors was the start of the palette. We added in wall paneling, wallpaper, large lighting fixtures, window treatments, are rugs and neutrals fabrics so everything can be intermixed throughout the house.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThis step-down family room features a coffered ceiling and a fireplace with a black slate hearth. We made the fireplace’s surround and mantle to match the raised paneled doors on the built-in storage cabinets on the right. For a unified look and to create a subtle focal point, we added moulding to the rest of the wall and above the fireplace.
Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors.

Overstreet Builders, Inc.Our 4553 sq. ft. model currently has the latest smart home technology including a Control 4 centralized home automation system that can control lights, doors, temperature and more. This sunroom has state of the art technology that controls the window blinds, sound, and a fireplace with built in shelves. There is plenty of light and a built in breakfast nook that seats ten. Situated right next to the kitchen, food can be walked in or use the built in pass through.
Inspired InteriorsThe symmetrical layout in this Great Room is perfectly complimented by the wood beams. Touches of glamour in the chandelier and vintage gold mirror truly make this an interesting space.
Tutto InteriorsStarting with the planning stages of this home we opened up the floor plan to integrate the kitchen and great room also to be sure they had a clear view of the lake. We added a coffered ceiling to create interest to the room without making it feel overdone. The built-in design has a contemporary edge with just enough softness to keep the great room looking warm and cozy. The decoration in this room has a casual feeling to suit there lifestyle but still does not compromise beauty.

Martin Kobus HomeAn extraordinary WARHOL collection was the starting point of this project for a family with young kids in need of functional yet stylish interiors. Brightly colored, lacquered walls are the backdrop for the art which dictated the colors used. Custom built-ins and 3 dimensional walls add interest and definition to the spaces. A Missoni carpet connects the dots.

Hamilton-Gray Design, Inc. The concrete fireplace design element raises to the ceiling of the second floor through the double volume space of the Living Room creating a strong anchor for the open plan. Reclaimed barn wood decking covers the tall ceilings and is repeated on the vaulted ceiling of the Dining room.
