John Bost Custom WoodworkingCustom built-in entertainment center in the same house as the custom built-in window seat project that was posted in 2019. This project is 11-1/2 feet wide x 18 inches deep x 8 feet high. It consists of two 36" wide end base cabinets and a 66" wide center base cabinet with an open component compartment. The base cabinets have soft-close door hinges with 3-way cam adjustments and adjustable shelves. The base cabinet near the doorway includes custom-made ducting to re-route the HVAC air flow from a floor vent out through the toe kick panel. Above the base countertop are side and overhead book/display cases trimmed with crown molding. The TV is mounted on a wall bracket that extends and tilts, and in-wall electrical and HDMI cables connect the TV to power and components via a wall box at the back of the component compartment.
Heimsath ArchitectsThe existing dark kitchen is replaced by a new second family room. A window was added to allow the room to be brighter. The sliding wood and glass doors allow the second family room to be separated from the main room so that the kids have a place to go that is still under supervision from the kitchen.

This Magnolia, a Markay Johnson crafted masterpiece, is inviting in its qualities, comfort of living, and finest of details.

Carton InteriorsPart of an open plan space - A living room with textured layers adding cosiness and comfort in this coastal property. Using a colour palette of greens and blues with abstract patterns in the soft furnishings. Bespoke cabinetry in a TV unit with wood slats and handleless drawer storage. A number of display shelves for photos and ornaments. The unit also conceals a radiator to the left and has firewood storage to the right. Flooring in large format tile and rich engineered hardwood.
Devon Grace InteriorsThe focal point of the living room is the dramatic fireplace wall. We chose a book-matched stone to go behind the tv and a satin black porcelain to wrap the fireplace beneath the mantle. We carried the black across the bottom with 4-foot wide fluted wood cabinets.
Labra Design BuildThis custom built-in entertainment center features white shaker cabinetry accented by white oak shelves with integrated lighting and brass hardware. The electronics are contained in the lower door cabinets with select items like the wifi router out on the countertop on the left side and a Sonos sound bar in the center under the TV. The TV is mounted on the back panel and wires are in a chase down to the lower cabinet. The side fillers go down to the floor to give the wall baseboards a clean surface to end against.
House of Sui Sui InteriorsA moody black wall sets the tone in the living area of this Hampstead property. A velvet mustard sofa sits beautifully in contrast to the moody walls.
Sculpture and form is carried throughout the property in the bespoke joinery and furniture. A bespoke House of Sui Sui shelving unit adorns the wall, featuring black portoro marble and distressed brass half circles. Whilst a sculptural DH Liberty terrazzo table sits under the iconic DH Liberty Pear Light.
Designs AustraliaFloor to ceiling entertainment and storage unit fitted between window and doorway. Open section for television and sound bar with cable access to four cupboards below. AV equipment and subwoofer housed in cupboards below with cable management and ventilation throughout. Double drawers to left hand side below top. Two long general storage cupboards and display shelving tower to left hand side above top. Four general storage cupboards stepped back and floating above TV section with adjustable shelves throughout.
