Ayant totalement carte blanche, nous avons réalisé tous les choix des teintes, du mobilier, de la décoration et des luminaires.
Pour un résultat optimum, nous avons fait la mise en place du mobilier et de la décoration.
Un aménagement et un ameublement total pour un appartement mis en location longue durée.
Le budget total pour les travaux (peinture, menuiserie sur mesure et petits travaux de réparation), l'aménagement, les équipements du quotidien (achat de la vaisselle, des éléments de salle de bain, etc.), la décoration, ainsi que pour notre prestation a été de 15.000€.

Studio InSitu ArchitectsThe best features of this loft were formerly obscured by its worst. While the apartment has a rich history—it’s located in a former bike factory, it lacked a cohesive floor plan that allowed any substantive living space.
A retired teacher rented out the loft for 10 years before an unexpected fire in a lower apartment necessitated a full building overhaul. He jumped at the chance to renovate the apartment and asked InSitu to design a remodel to improve how it functioned and elevate the interior. We created a plan that reorganizes the kitchen and dining spaces, integrates abundant storage, and weaves in an understated material palette that better highlights the space’s cool industrial character.

リビングとテラスは大スパンによる大空間を実現し、リビングは無柱空間を実現。大きなテラス窓を開放することで、パーティーなどで一体的に利用できる計画。テラスには背の高い壁を計画し、プライバシーを確保しながら、「花ブロック」を内部に採用することで通風・採光は確保しております。
折り上げ天井内には間接照明を計画し、バリの雰囲気を盛り上げるアイデアを。
Canadian Timberframes LtdThis 10,000 + sq ft timber frame home is stunningly located on the shore of Lake Memphremagog, QC. The kitchen and family room set the scene for the space and draw guests into the dining area. The right wing of the house boasts a 32 ft x 43 ft great room with vaulted ceiling and built in bar. The main floor also has access to the four car garage, along with a bathroom, mudroom and large pantry off the kitchen.
On the the second level, the 18 ft x 22 ft master bedroom is the center piece. This floor also houses two more bedrooms, a laundry area and a bathroom. Across the walkway above the garage is a gym and three ensuite bedooms with one featuring its own mezzanine.
AR DécorationDeux escaliers permettent l'accès à la partie nuit à l'étage, d'un côté, on retrouve l'espace des enfants et de l'autre, la suite parentale pour plus d'intimité.
Au rez-de-chaussée, entre l'entrée et le salon, un bar bibliothèque a été créé.
Armellin, l'ébénisterie 2.0Le stratifié texturé de marque Hubler habille les façades de VIRGINIA et contraste merveilleusement avec le chêne naturel des étagères. Teinté en noir puis satiné, ce matériau, de seulement un millimètre d'épaisseur, constitue l'un des aspects les plus intéressants de cette bibliothèque hors du commun.
The Hubler laminate used for the cabinet doors enhance the contrast between the panels and the wooden shelves. The black tinted material with a satin finish is one of the most fascinating aspects of this unexpected piece. As a matter of fact, it is only 1mm thick and made of oak wood !
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingTschida Construction and Pro Design Custom Cabinetry joined us for a 4 season sunroom addition with a basement addition to be finished at a later date. We also included a quick laundry/garage entry update with a custom made locker unit and barn door. We incorporated dark stained beams in the vaulted ceiling to match the elements in the barn door and locker wood bench top. We were able to re-use the slider door and reassemble their deck to the addition to save a ton of money.

壁に囲まれて暗くなりがちな階段も、光あふれる明るい場所となりました。
アイランド型のシステムキッチンには、クリスタルカウンターが大変美しい「THE CRASSO」を採用。
機能も収納も充実の最新型システムキッチンです。お料理するのが楽しくなってしまいますね！
ESTUDI A L'ÀTIC. Benvinguts al Slow Design!Nos encontramos con un piso muy oscuro, con muchas divisorias y sin carácter alguno. Nuestros clientes necesitaban un hogar acorde con su día a día y estilo; 3-4 habitaciones, dos baños y mucho espacio para las zonas comunes. ¡Este piso necesitaba un diseño integral!
Diferenciamos zona de día y de noche; dándole más luz a las zonas comunes y calidez a las habitaciones. Como actualmente solo necesitaban 3 habitaciones apostamos por crear un cerramiento móvil entre las más pequeñas.
Baños con carácter, gracias a las griferías y baldosas en espiga con colores suaves y luminosos.
La pared de ladrillo blanco nos guía desde la entrada de la vivienda hasta el salón comedor, nos aporta textura sin quitar luz.
La cocina abierta integra el mueble del salón y recoge la zona de comedor con un banco que siguiendo la pared amueblada. Por último, le damos un toque cálido y rústico con las bigas de madera en el techo.
Este es uno de esos proyectos que refleja como ha cambiado el día a día y nuestras necesidades.
