Living room with large pocketing doors to give a indoor outdoor living space flowing out to the pool edge.
Seaside Interiors By Our Boat House
This stunning water front home has beautiful views from almost every room. Our goal was to create interiors that reflected the coastal colors and serene setting that surrounds the home in a relaxed yet elegant style. Oversized slipcovered furniture in crisp white provide comfort and practicality. The slipcovers are easily cleaned and the down seating envelops you. Natural wicker chairs and washed wood end tables keeps the room from looking too formal. A silk blend rug in soft blue mixed with accent pillows in blues and aquas inspired by the colors of the sea. Coastal living, casual elegance, beach house, coastal home.

The Living room orients itself around a fireplace that is slotted into a window.

The exterior stone on this house is featured inside the home on the fireplace and as architectural accents. This reinforces the feeling that the whole space is a single indoor-outdoor entertaining area, thanks to glass walls that pocket out of site behind the stone. Long distance views over the negative edge pool make the space a magical place to spend time.

View of the pivot doors that open the living space onto the pool deck. The polished travertine floor on the interior extends around the pool where a rougher finish provides a slip resistant surface.

Redefined Living
Living room with two armchairs, beige sofa, patterned rug, and black theme with gold details. The coffee table is gold with a glass top. The cushions add an air of comfort and warmth to the space. The black and gold frame, matching the rest of the furniture, brings a luxurious atmosphere to the room.

Robeson Design
With a neutral color palette in mind, Interior Designer, Rebecca Robeson brought in warmth and vibrancy to this Solana Beach Family Room rich blue and dark wood-toned accents. The custom made navy blue sofa takes center stage, flanked by a pair of dark wood stained cabinets fashioned with white accessories. Two white occasional chairs to the right and one stylish bentwood chair to the left, the four ottoman coffee table adds all the comfort the clients were hoping for. Finishing touches... A commissioned oil painting, white accessory pieces, decorative throw pillows and a hand knotted area rug specially made for this home. Of course, Rebecca signature window treatments complete the space.
