Echelon Builders, FLThe initial impression upon entering the foyer is that of drama as seen in the two story bay windows overlooking the river and pool, along with a traditional cast stone, two story fireplace, a curved, custom, iron stair rail, a second floor bridge overlooking the living room, niches, and Corinthian columns.
On the inside of the home rather than more formal spaces, the contemporary essence is seen in its large, open, and connected spaces with a monochromatic color palate. This style is both family and entertaining friendly. BK Interior Designs LLCThis beautiful living room is the definition of understated elegance. The space is comfortable and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax with your feet up and spend time with family and friends. The existing fireplace was resurfaced with textured large, format concrete-looking tile from Spain. The base was finished with a distressed black tile featuring a metallic sheen. Eight-foot tall sliding doors lead to the back, wrap around deck and allow lots of natural light into the space. The existing sectional and loveseat were incorporated into the new design and work well with the velvet ivory accent chairs. The space has two timeless brass and crystal chandeliers that genuinely elevate the room and draw the eye toward the ten-foot-high tray ceiling with a cove design. The large area rug grounds the seating area in the otherwise large living room. The details in the room have been carefully curated and tie in well with the brass chandeliers.

MOSIDThe marble countertop of the dining table and the metal feet are calm and steady. The texture of the metal color is full of modernity, and the casual details are soothing French elegance. The white porcelain ornaments have a variety of gestures, like a graceful dancer, like a dancer's elegant skirt, and like a blooming flower, all breathing French elegance, without limitation and style, which is a unique style.

reimagined habitatOpened up the interior to allow light to flow through the whole space, with recycled jarrah floors, new jarrah stair treads too match and ground the space, whilst keeping the rest neutral for the light to bounce around in.
