This home features a breathtaking three sided fireplace that becomes the focal point when entering the home. Our clients wanted a home that reflected their vision and a space to hold the memories of their growing family. 北海道足寄郡足寄町に立つ農業法人(足寄町のひだまりファームさん)所有の施設になります。 地域材であるカラマツ無垢材を構造材に、意匠材にはタモ無垢材を併用することで、カラマツの素朴さとタモ材の上品さを持った居心地の良い空間を目指しています。 また、この物件では、椅子づくりワークショップや、螺湾フキを使った蝦夷和紙づくりワークショップなどを開催し、職人さんとオーナーさんを結ぶことで、より建物に愛着をもってもらえるような体験も企画しました。店舗になるため、周囲への事前の周知や知名度の向上などは、よりよいファンづくりにも貢献します。施工には、木造建築を得意とする足寄町の木村建設さまをはじめ、製材は瀬上製材所、家具製作は札幌の家具デザインユニット６２１さん、壁材のフキ和紙製作は蝦夷和紙工房紙びよりさん、煉瓦は江別市の米澤煉瓦さんなど、北海道の本物志向の職人さんと顔の見える関係をつくることで建物の質を高めています。 今回の物件は飲食スペースを併設していますので、実際にご利用できます。 また、建築面積のサイズが２５坪前後と、住宅のサイズに近いものになっております。 地産地消の家づくりや店舗づくりにご興味ある方や、ＨＯＵＳＥ＆ＨＯＵＳＥ一級建築士事務所をお考えの方は、 是非一度体験していただけますと、私たちの提案する空間を体感していただけると思います。

環境につながる家 本敷地は、古くからの日本家屋が立ち並ぶ、地域の一角を宅地分譲された土地です。 道路と敷地は、2.5ｍほどの高低差があり、程よく自然が残された敷地となっています。 道路との高低差があるため、周囲に対して圧迫感のでない建物計画をする必要がありました。そのため道路レベルにガレージを設け、建物と一体化した意匠と屋根形状にすることにより、なるべく自然とまじわるように設計しました。 ガレージからエントランスまでは、自然石を利用した階段を設け、自然と馴染むよう設計することにより、違和感なく高低差のある敷地を建物までアプローチすることがでます。 エントランスからは、裏庭へ抜ける道を設け、ガレージから裏庭までの心地よい小道が 続いています。 道路面にはあまり開口を設けず、内部に入ると共に裏庭への開いた空間へと繋がるダイニング・リビングスペースを設けています。 敷地横には、里道があり、生活道路となっているため、プライバシーも守りつつ、採光を 取り入れ、裏庭へと繋がる計画としています。 また、2階のスペースからは、山々や桜が見える空間がありこの場所をフリースペースとして家族の居場所としました。 要所要所に心地よい居場所を設け、外部環境へと繋げることにより、どこにいても 外を感じられる心地よい空間となりました。
