Signature Custom Homes
In our Contemporary Bellevue Residence we wanted the aesthetic to be clean and bright. This is a similar plan to our Victoria Crest home with a few changes and different design elements. Areas of focus; large open kitchen with waterfall countertops and awning upper flat panel cabinets, elevator, interior and exterior fireplaces, floating flat panel vanities in bathrooms, home theater room, large master suite and rooftop deck.

This client loved wood. Site-harvested lumber was applied to the stairwell walls with beautiful effect in this North Asheville home. The tongue-and-groove, nickel-jointed milling and installation, along with the simple detail metal balusters created a focal point for the home.
The heavily-sloped lot afforded great views out back, demanded lots of view-facing windows, and required supported decks off the main floor and lower level.
The screened porch features a massive, wood-burning outdoor fireplace with a traditional hearth, faced with natural stone. The side-yard natural-look water feature attracts many visitors from the surrounding woods.

This is an upper level terrace divided by a two sided fireplace. One side is used for dining and the other side is an exterior living room. Sets of french doors make both sides accessible the interior rooms. Dining side is screened in and the living room side is open.Bruno of course prefers the dining terrace...

Aside from the kitchen, this corner of the covered porch is probably the favorite place to settle in and recharge from very busy and demanding schedules.
Modern Rustic Homes
Outdoor living was a “must have” for this family. After moving from the tropics of Florida to the cool breezes of North Georgia, enjoying the outdoors was a welcomed change. Here you see the Living Porch fireplace with comfortable chairs. A perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail.
