Every stone contains the potential to create a unique piece, it just needs to be formed and led by the natural process. The original material will become precious object. Maestrobath design provides an added value to the products. It enhances the stone material via combination of handcrafted work and mechanical process with the latest technology. The marble utilized to produce our pieces is the metamorphic stone, which is a natural combination of sediment submitted to the high pressure and temperature. Produced Marble is used in designing and creating master pieces. Sculpted out of stones native to South East Asia, Bora Bora stone vessel sink will transform any bathroom to a contemporary bathroom. Luxurious beige sink can fit in any powder room and give your washroom a serene and clean feel. This long rectangular modern sink is easy to install and maintain. Bora Bora is also available in Black.

The Granada Hills ADU project was designed from the beginning to be a replacement home for the aging mother and father of this wonderful client. The goal was to reach the max. allowed ADU size but at the same time to not affect the backyard with a pricey addition and not to build up and block the hillside view of the property. The final trick was a combination of all 3 options! We converted an extra-large 3 car garage, added about 300sq. half on the front and half on the back and the biggest trick was incorporating the existing main house guest bedroom and bath into the mix. Final result was an amazingly large and open 1100+sq 2Br+2Ba with a dedicated laundry/utility room and huge vaulted ceiling open space for the kitchen, living room and dining area. Since the parents were reaching an age where assistance will be required the entire home was done with ADA requirements in mind, both bathrooms are fully equipped with many helpful grab bars and both showers are curb less so no need to worry about a step. It’s hard to notice by the photos by the roof is a hip roof, this means exposed beams, king post and huge rafter beams that were covered with real oak wood and stained to create a contrasting effect to the lighter and brighter wood floor and color scheme. Systems wise we have a brand new electrical 3.5-ton AC unit, a 400 AMP new main panel with 2 new sub panels and of course my favorite an 80amp electrical tankless water heater and recirculation pump.

An injection of colour brings this bathroom to life. Muted green used on the vanity compliments the black and white elements, all set on a neutral wall and floor backdrop.

This original bathroom was very small, so we knocked out the wall between the bathroom and the closet and took over the entire space for the bathroom. We wanted it to feel light, bright and a place that they could unwind and relax in. We had wainscot put in to match the grand stairway and radiant heat flooring keeps the space nice and warm at night if someone needs to go to the bathroom. The tile gives it a beautiful look and the overall feeling is relaxing.

Download our free ebook, Creating the Ideal Kitchen. DOWNLOAD NOW Our clients were in the market for an upgrade from builder grade in their Glen Ellyn bathroom! They came to us requesting a more spa like experience and a designer’s eye to create a more refined space. A large steam shower, bench and rain head replaced a dated corner bathtub. In addition, we added heated floors for those cool Chicago months and several storage niches and built-in cabinets to keep extra towels and toiletries out of sight. The use of circles in the tile, cabinetry and new window in the shower give this primary bath the character it was lacking, while lowering and modifying the unevenly vaulted ceiling created symmetry in the space. The end result is a large luxurious spa shower, more storage space and improvements to the overall comfort of the room. A nice upgrade from the existing builder grade space! This home in West Bellevue underwent a dramatic transformation from a dated traditional design to better-than-new modern. The floor plan and flow of the home were completely updated, so that the owners could enjoy a bright, open and inviting layout. The inspiration for this home design was contrasting tones with warm wood elements and complementing metal accents giving the unique Pacific Northwest chic vibe that the clients were dreaming of.
