As part of a complete remodel on this McKinney Avenue high rise condo, Edict designed a complete kitchen remodel. The cabinetry is 100% custom designed, no off the shelf or RTA cabinetry here. Made from rift cut white oak, the lighter cabinets have a clear coat natural finish and the darker cabinets are stained in an ebony finish giving a great sense of contrast and interest to this kitchen. The kitchen is packed with high end appliances including a Miele built in coffee machine, a wine fridge, Miele integrated hood and Miele gas cooktop as well as a deep single stainless steel sink, an integrated trash compactor and new integrated SubZero refrigerator. The kitchen's lighting has cable lighting for the main source of light which pulls in the industrial feel of the loft's exposed beams and ductwork, a new custom lightbox suspended above the new island with integrated LED cans and 3 pendants to light it. Also, above the ceiling panel, above the cabinets, under the cabinets and the toe kicks all have integrated LED lighting - all lighting is dimmable giving the most diverse options for a lighting solution. All of the cabinetry doors and drawers have Blum hardware and most are without handles for the most seamless look possible. Instead, one presses the drawers and cabinets and they pop open and close with soft close drawers. Площадь: 16,1 м.кв Город: Ярославль ‌ Заказчик: Семья из 3-х человек, с запросом на "минималистично, практично и в спокойных тонах, а ещё, желательно, побыстрее и сэкономить" ‌ ‌Задача: максимальное количество хранения в кухне, раскладывающийся диван на двоих, раздвижной стол для большого количества гостей, спрятать все коммуникации и котлы. Имеем: кухня с отделкой от застройщика, газовый котел со всеми подключениями по центру и горизонтальная газовая труба на пол стены. Решаем: в первую очередь, смотрим на план и делим кухню пополам. Слева гостей сажаем, справа кашеварим, а по центру, за полуостровом, совмещаем приятное с полезным. После чего, смотрим на котел, счетчик. Убираем их с глаз подальше, да так, чтобы ни один пытливый гость не догадался о том, что тут вообще было это буйство оборудования и коммуникаций. (По секрету - они в пеналах). Далее делаем реверанс перед Икеей и ставим между пеналами скромные раздвижной обеденный стол и стулья. Затем переходим к кухонному гарнитуру, думаем о бюджете, пару минут грустим и говорим себе: нет ничего невозможного. Чтобы заказчика кухня радовала как можно дольше, концепцию подминаем под реальные возможности и смотрим, что по рынку материалов. Определяемся с производителем МДФ для фасадов и столешницы, выбираем цвет из того, что имеем. А затем смотрим: что там по хорошей фурнитуре. На широкую ногу не гуляем, как и не ставим пуш-ту-оупен из поднебесной. Вместо этого, удлиняем фасады на пару см и открываем их, ловко хватаясь за заднюю поверхность (предупреждая вопросы - это удобно и практично) Диван ставим аккурат напротив телевизора и стола. Вы ведь знаете зачем он там? Верно, принимаем гостей наподольше, а в перерывах уминаем порцию супа за просмотром любимого сериала.

What a beautiful job this ones was to work on. The clients were very specific on what they wanted to achieve in there project as this is where they will stay for a long time. Every stone colour, design feature, handles, appliances and even where the dog will be bathed. Through planning and preparation the end result was to achieve the level of design and finishes that the client, builder and cabinet maker expect. Featured blue island bench, black ensuite cabinet, LED lighting, stone, brushed nickle, feature bathroom fixtures all come together to create a warm, homely, beach living style finishes. When the collaboration between client, builder and cabinet maker comes together perfectly the end result is one we are all very proud of!
