Nouveau défi, nouveau projet : transformer un salon en cuisine. M.&Mme B souhaitaient réorganiser l’espace de vie du rez-de-chaussée tout en conservant l’esprit chaumière. Le salon devait donc déménager. Nous disposions d’un beau volume pour intégrer un maximum de rangements. Chaque élément a été disposé autour de l’imposant îlot central et son plan de travail stratifié décor ardoise. L’espace est lumineux, à la fois grâce à la lumière naturelle mais également grâce aux spots intégrés dans les meubles hauts. Une lumière qui se reflète aussi dans la crédence et la vitrine en verre. Et que dire de ce sublime luminaire au-dessus du bloc de cuisson ! L’association des teintes et des matières crée une belle harmonie dans cette nouvelle cuisine élégante et chaleureuse. Монохромный интерьер двухкомнатной квартиры для молодой девушки с элементами минимализма и хай-тека. Мы объединили кухню с гостиной, сохранив при этом две отдельных жилых комнаты. Также запроектированы два санузла: гостевой в контрастных тонах и основной с приватной зоной спа. Избавились от узких коридоров и темных проходов, создав свободное студийное пространство. При разработке стилевого решения одной из идей было вписать в будущий интерьер значок московского метрополитена в виде буквы "М". В дальнейшем, для развития этой необычной темы мы предложили использовать гипсовые 3д-панели в стиле промышленного забора ПО-2 (арх. Лахман), который имеет широкое распространение в архитектуре нашей страны. Форму квадратных модулей классической плиты ПО-2 изменили и переработали, сделали ее заглубленной и более выразительной для жилого пространства. Форма была изготовлена индивидуально на производстве. Эти панели использованы как на стенах, так и на потолке.

This contemporary kitchen in a luxury condominium is state of the art. The stained *cabinets are contrasted by white glass appliances, stainless steel accents and recycled glass countertops. The floating wall houses the ovens, microwave, warming steamer on the kitchen side. On the opposite side there is a continuation of the fine woodwork throughout the space . Refrigerators are completely built-in and clad in the same wood as to appear to be a cabinet. Stainless drawers complete the base cabinet below the cooktop and create the detail at the corners of the center island. Dishwashers flank the sink and are covered in the same cabinetry forming a seamless effect. The stone top on the outside island had a waterfall detail and additional storage.
