El mobiliario se compone de dos partes : - una isla independiente “encajada” entre los pilares del primer pórtico. Sobre ésta , con la misma longitud, se cuelga de la estructura metálica el mobiliario de almacenaje. Desde el ámbito del comedor la isla cuenta con una zona de barra. - un mobiliario dispuesto en “L”. La parte longitudinal se resuelve con una gran encimera, con muebles altos colgados entre pórticos. Incorpora también una zona de barra aprovechando el paso. La parte corta de la L es mobiliario alto y contiene multitud de compartimentos con funciones de almacenamiento, incluidos el frigorífico y un armario de desayunos. As the residence’s original kitchen was becoming dilapidated, the homeowners decided to knock it down and place it in a different part of the house prior to designing and building the gorgeous kitchen pictured. The homeowners love to entertain, so they requested the kitchen be the centrepiece of the entertaining area at the rear of the house. Large sliding doors were installed to allow the space to extend seamlessly out to the patio, garden, barbecue and pool at the rear of the home, forming one large entertaining area. Given the space’s importance within the home, it had to be aesthetically pleasing. With this in mind, gorgeous Ross Gardam pendants were selected to add an element of luxe to the space. Byron Blackbutt veneer, polyurethane in Domino and gorgeous quartz were chosen as the space’s main materials to add warmth to what is predominantly a very modern home.

In this kitchen up in Desert Mountain, we provided all of the cabinetry, countertops and backsplash to create the Mid Century Modern style for our clients remodel. The transformation is substantial compared to the size and layout it was before, making it more linear and doubling in size. For the perimeter we have white skinny shaker cabinetry with pops of Hickory wood to add some warmth and a seamless countertop backsplash. The island features painted black cabinetry with the skinny shaker style for some contrast and is over 14' long with enough seating for 8 people. In the fireplace bar area, we have also the black cabinetry with a fun pop of color for the backsplash tile along with honed black granite countertops. The selection choices of painted cabinetry, wood tones, gold metals, concrete flooring and furniture selections carry the style throughout and brings in great texture, contrast and warmth.

Cet appartement d’une surface de 43 m2 se situe à Paris au 8ème et dernier étage, avec une vue imprenable sur Paris et ses toits. L’appartement était à l’abandon, la façade a été entièrement rénovée, toutes les fenêtres changées, la terrasse réaménagée et l’intérieur transformé. Les pièces de vie comme le salon étaient à l’origine côté rue et les pièces intimes comme la chambre côté terrasse, il a donc été indispensable de revoir toute la disposition des pièces et donc l’aménagement global de l’appartement. Le salon/cuisine est une seule et même pièce avec un accès direct sur la terrasse et fait office d’entrée. Aucun m2 n’est perdu en couloir ou entrée, l’appartement a été pensé comme une seule pièce pouvant se modifier grâce à des portes coulissantes. La chambre, salle de bain et dressing sont côté rue. Designed and crafted by Woodways, this contemporary, modern kitchen utilizes matte black cabinetry and white quartz countertop flowing into a full backsplash. The kitchen island utilizes the same countertop and adds a waterfall edge with barstool seating. A patterned black material is used to add emphasis to this area of the kitchen. Warm wood accents are introduced to brighten the space and off set the cold materials and color. Roll out drawers provide ample storage and touch open/close vertical lift upper cabinets allow access to high storage.
