The existing metal windows were stripped of old paint and new glazing and hardware was installed to not detract from the home’s historical character. The sink is centered on the kitchen’s windows and we decide to keep it in this location. The new countertops are Caesarstone Wild Rice with a backsplash of Walker Zanger slate mosaic in a range of neutral shades. A custom frame of Caesarstone completes the backsplash design. The backsplash tile design is not broken up with outlets; this function is achieved with Legrand outlet track system, mounted above the back splash. JRY & Co.

A small efficient kitchen addition, designed by Belinda deWilde. This 50 square foot kitchen addition allows our client to have family in a separate living space. The kitchen is full equipped with a full size stove and an 18" dishwasher. The Blum Space Corner allows for a great use of the corners versus the standard lazy susans. We added a custom enclosure for the refrigerator and a Crate and Barrel walnut cabinet to save some money

This kitchen was replaced for a smart IKEA kitchen with solid quartz worktop and Pushka handles. Appliances are built in. We went for an environmentally friendly cork for the flooring, fresh white walls and a warm taupe tile for the splashback.

By removing a wall and moving the cook-top location, this kitchen became open, bright and inviting. Glass cabinetry keeps a lighter feel to the wall cabinets, and spice rack pull-out columns on either side of the cook-top add easy access to spice up any dish. The cork flooring makes standing easy on the feet and back.
