Vance Home Remodeling LLCMinor design changes made a big impact for this Kitchen overhaul project. We removed an oversized 16” soffit and constructed a new 12” soffit that was better suited for the 9’ ceiling. New cabinets from Universal Supply, 12”x24” porcelain tile, travertine subway pattern Backsplash, new granite countertops, under cabinet and interior cabinet lighting. 4” LED recessed lights, new crown moldings and a properly vented stainless range hood. We must be doing something right, this was the 3rd project we completed in this court!
