When we stated this fun kitchen it was clear that we needed to customize the functionality as well as practicality to accommodate family's lifestyle who loved to cook and bake together on daily basis. This unique space was crafted with customize island that hosts a full butcher block for those special batters which will be baked in Double Ovens for delicious and worm gatherings. The island will host all the baking condiments and spacious pantries will host all the baking sheets to provide convenience of use. Added bonus was the electrical outlet build in to the Island for extra plug in for hand mixer and or electronic appliances. The cozy and spacious breakfast nook provides the perfect gather for the family to enjoy their creations together in a convenience of their kitchen. Family that cooks together stays together

住み継いだ家 本計画は、築32年の古家のリノベーションの計画です。 昔ながらの住宅のため、脱衣室がなく、田の字型に区切られた住宅でした。 1F部分は、スケルトン状態とし、水廻りの大きな改修を行いました。 既存の和室部を改修し、キッチンスペースにリノベーションしました。 キッチンは壁掛けとし、アイランドカウンターを設け趣味である料理などを楽しめるスペースとしました。 洋室だった部分をリビングスペースに変更し、LDKの一体となったスペースを確保しました。 リビングスペースは、6畳のスペースだったため、造作でベンチを設けて狭さを解消しました。 もともとダイニングであったスペースの一角には、寝室スペースを設け ほとんどの生活スペースを1Fで完結できる間取りとしました。 また、猫との生活も想定されていましたので、ペットの性格にも配慮した計画としました。 内部のデザインは、合板やアイアン、アンティークな床タイルなどを仕様し、新しさの中にもなつかしさのある落ち着いた空間となっています。 断熱材から改修された空間は、機能性もデザイン性にも配慮された、居心地の良い空間となっています。

Hier fertigten wir eine sehr geräumige Küche mit Kücheninsel. Die Oberflächen sind aus einem anthrazitfarbendem Anti-Fingerprint Schichtstoff (Fenix). Durch die Pocket-Türen kann die Küche ihre Ansicht wechseln und zusätzlich Arbeitsfläche bieten, während sie im geschlossenen Zustand mit den anderen Fronten eine puristische Einheit bilden. Neben hochwertigen Geräten von Bora und Miele ist ebenfalls ein Quooker-Wasserhahn installiert. Eine dünne Arbeitsplatte aus Stein ist nicht nur optisch schön, sonern auch optimal zu pflegen.

The open concept Great Room includes the Kitchen, Breakfast, Dining, and Living spaces. The dining room is visually and physically separated by built-in shelves and a coffered ceiling. Windows and french doors open from this space into the adjacent Sunroom. The wood cabinets and trim detail present throughout the rest of the home are highlighted here, brightened by the many windows, with views to the lush back yard. The large island features a pull-out marble prep table for baking, and the counter is home to the grocery pass-through to the Mudroom / Butler's Pantry.
