La vivienda se encuentra en la privilegiada zona de Las Vistillas, en el casco histórico de Madrid. De tamaño muy reducido, la operación se reduce a “limpiar” el espacio existente, en el que se introducen objetos envolventes de madera con uso preciso: una cama elevada y una cocina abierta. La primera conforma un nido elevado y privado; la definición clara de su contorno contiene la extensión de la cocina. Se generan también marcos de madera para el contorno de las ventanas, ofreciendo así el patio exterior como un espacio más extendiendo la vivienda. Arquitectos: Beriot, Bernardini Arquitectos. Un nouveau départ pour ce papa de deux jeunes filles dans un appartement qu'il a fallu remanié. La cuisine ouverte qui prenait toute la place avec un énorme ilot central à ete remplacée par une version plus compacte et fonctionnelle permettant ainsi d'optimiser le reste du séjour. Dans la chambre principale, attribuée aux filles, nous avons dessiné un long bureau filant avec étagères suspendues toujours dans un but d'optimisation. De multiples rangements sur-mesures (bibliothèque, caches-radiateurs et meuble TV ont ete également crées pour l'occasion dans une harmonie de blanc et de bois. Seules des touches de bleus viennent réveiller l'ensemble.

Le cahier des charges de nos clients pour cette rénovation de leur espace cuisine était de le moderniser et de le rendre plus chaleureux. Nous avons ici conçu l'implantation de cette cuisine avec tous les caissons plafond en placoplâtre peint en noir faisant écho au tracé des plans de travail. L'idée était de permettre aux clients d'incruster des spots, ce qui n'était pas possible avant avec leur plafond d'origine. Nous avons donc choisi de proposer un mur d'armoires au fond de de la pièce, avec une niche décorative habillée d'étagères et d'un spot à gauche. La façade d'armoire, elle, dissimule un passage vers l'arrière cuisine à droite. Cette petite touche d'originalité a beaucoup plu à nos clients. Elle permet surtout d'intégrer parfaitement le passage vers une autre pièce, et de rendre la cuisine visuellement plus grande. Côté finitions, nous avons opté pour des façades laquées blanc brillant avec des plans de travail en bois. De grands poignées Coloris Titanio ont été posées pour donner du caractère à l'ensemble. Le long mange-debout en Fenix Noir au dos du retour péninsule invite à s'attabler.

This homeowner wanted to increase the size of her kitchen and make it a family center during gatherings. The old dining room was brought into the kitchen, doubling the size and dining room moved to the old formal living area. Shaker Cabinets in a pale yellow were installed and the island was done with bead board highlighted to accent the exterior. A baking center on the right side was built lower to accommodate the owner who is an active bread maker. That counter was installed with Carrara Marble top. Glass subway tile was installed as the backsplash. The Island counter top is book matched walnut from Devos Woodworking in Dripping Springs Tx. It is an absolute show stopper when you enter the kitchen. Pendant lighting is a multipe light with the appearance of old insulators which the owner has collected over the years. Open Shelving, glass fronted cabinets and specialized drawers for trash, dishes and knives make this kitchen the owners wish list complete.
